Fluency uses a simple pay-per-candidate model. Buy a credit pack, and each credit lets you assess one candidate. Every pack includes all features — all 9 modules, full analytics, custom branding, white-label, unlimited team members, and PDF + CSV reports. Larger packs offer a lower per-candidate rate.
One credit is used when you invite someone to take an assessment. If a candidate is invited but doesn't complete, it still counts. Each candidate includes the full nine-module assessment and scoring.
