A test is a single sitting — one person completing one assessment. If you have 500 employees and want to assess everyone once, you buy 500 tests. Retesting six months later requires another 500 tests.
Standard Rate (£50/test) gives you full flexibility — buy tests in batches and use them when needed, no volume commitment required. Upfront Commitment (£40/test) means purchasing your full year’s tests in advance at a 20% discount. Same platform, same features — the difference is cash timing.
There is no minimum on the standard rate. For the upfront commitment rate, you purchase your full projected year’s volume in one go. Get in touch and we’ll work out the right number with you.
A test is consumed when a candidate is invited and the assessment session begins. If a candidate starts but does not complete, it still counts as one test.
Consultancy calls are included in the test price and aligned to your retest cadence. A client running two assessment rounds per year gets two consultancy touchpoints — to review results, assess training effectiveness, and plan the next cycle.
Yes. Custom modules are available at £1,000 flat rate per module. We build it to your specification and integrate it into the platform. Custom features such as new analytics, integrations, or reporting are quoted separately.
